Principles

This project began from the manager's concern that AI development poses one of the greatest existential risks to humanity.

Like nuclear and biological weapons, AI is a technology too dangerous to be governed solely by inter-state competition. A unified world law may be required to regulate it.

This is, however, an acknowledged bias of the manager. The foundational AI panel is free to conclude that unification is *not* the right path.
